These Terms & Conditions govern your use of aromapatchouli.com and any purchase made from PT. Aroma Murni Indonesia. By accessing this site and placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms below.
1. Products
We sell patchouli oil in various sizes. All products are natural agricultural goods, so colour, scent, and character may vary slightly between batches. Such variation is not a product defect.
Product images are illustrative. Weight, packaging size, and price are shown on each product page.
2. Pricing
All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and may change without prior notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time your order is placed.
Prices exclude shipping. Shipping cost is calculated separately at checkout based on destination and order weight.
3. Orders & Payment
An order is valid once payment has been received and confirmed by our payment system. We use DOKU to process transactions securely.
We may cancel an order if payment is not received within the allotted time, if fraud is suspected, or if stock is unavailable. Any amount already paid will be refunded under our Refund Policy.
4. Shipping
Orders are shipped via the logistics partners available at checkout. Delivery estimates are approximate and may change due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, public holidays, or courier policy.
Risk of loss or damage in transit is borne in accordance with the terms of the courier used.
5. Wholesale Orders
Large-volume products (drums/jerry cans) cannot be processed through online payment. For these, please contact us via WhatsApp or email listed on our Contact Us page.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including names, logos, text, and images, is protected by intellectual property law and may not be used without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We strive to keep all information on this site accurate. However, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this site, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be resolved amicably and, if necessary, through the competent courts in Jakarta.
